Ingredients
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup cow milk or coconut milk or almond milk or orange juice
¼ cup sugar or 2 tablespoons honey/maple syrup
(optional) 2 tablespoons cacao powder to make it chocolate flavored
(optional) ¼ cup chocolate chips
Suggestion: serve with frozen or fresh sliced fruit/berries on top
Preparation
Mix the chia seeds, sugar, and cacao powder (if using)
Add the liquid (milk or juice)
Stir until well-mixed
Place into a covered bowl for 3 hours, or until chia seeds have absorbed all the liquid. If possible, stir the chia seed pudding after about 1.5 hours.
Enjoy!
Suggestion: You can spoon it into several jars or tableware at the beginning of the week to eat on-the-go at school/work throughout the week
