Ingredients

  • One plain bagel (or gluten free bagel)

  • ¼ cup tomato puree or pizza sauce

  • 2 handfuls shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Slice the bagel in half height-wise (to get two thinner bagels)

  2. Preheat oven to 350℉

  3. Spread the tomato sauce on the flat side of the two bagels and sprinkle the cheese on top

  4. Put the two bagel pizzas into the oven for 7 minutes, or until all the cheese has melted

  5. Let cool and enjoy!


Storage Indication: Place in a sealed container in the fridge. Re-heat in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 5 minutes.
