Ingredients
Note: you can choose what vegetables and how much of them to prepare. Below are some ideas:
Carrots (baby or large)
Bell peppers
Cucumbers
Raw zucchini
Fennel
Celery
Broccoli (steamed or raw)
Cauliflower (steamed or raw)
Radishes
For the dip:
Several tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Peel the necessary vegetables
Chop all of the vegetables into dip-able pieces
In a small dipping bowl, mix several tablespoons of olive oil, desired amount of balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper and mix it up
To eat: dip the vegetables into the sauce
Enjoy!
Storage Indications: You can put the sliced vegetables into a tableware or wrapped in tinfoil or plastic wrap. The vegetables stay fresh for several days in this way.
