Pinzimonio (Vegetable Dipping)

  • Note: you can choose what vegetables and how much of them to prepare. Below are some ideas:

  • Carrots (baby or large)

  • Bell peppers

  • Cucumbers

  • Raw zucchini

  • Fennel

  • Celery

  • Broccoli (steamed or raw)

  • Cauliflower (steamed or raw)

  • Radishes

For the dip:

  • Several tablespoons of olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Balsamic vinegar


  1. Peel the necessary vegetables

  2. Chop all of the vegetables into dip-able pieces

  3. In a small dipping bowl, mix several tablespoons of olive oil, desired amount of balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper and mix it up

  4. To eat: dip the vegetables into the sauce

  5. Enjoy!

Storage Indications: You can put the sliced vegetables into a tableware or wrapped in tinfoil or plastic wrap. The vegetables stay fresh for several days in this way.
