Ingredients
1 lb (one box) dry pasta
5 Tomatoes
½ cup feta cheese or grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons of oil
1/2 cup sliced black olives
Basil leaves
Other ideas:
Zucchini
Ham cubes
Canned tuna
Avocado
Pesto
Steamed or raw broccoli
Beans
Arugula
*Add anything you like in the desired quantity
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the bag’s instructions
Once its cooked, put it in a large bowl, add the oil (to prevent the pasta from clumping, mix it, and leave to cool)
Cut your desired vegetables into smaller pieces/cubes
Add everything to the pasta and mix it well
Enjoy!
Suggestion: Serve it cold (it’s perfect for lunch at work or school), or heat it in the microwave for a few seconds if you want it more room temperature
Storage Indications: You can store the pasta in a tableware. It's good for many days after you first make it.
