Pasta Salad

  • 1 lb (one box) dry pasta

  • 5 Tomatoes

  • ½ cup feta cheese or grated parmesan cheese

  • 3 tablespoons of oil

  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives

  • Basil leaves

Other ideas:

  • Zucchini

  • Ham cubes

  • Canned tuna

  • Avocado

  • Pesto

  • Steamed or raw broccoli

  • Beans

  • Arugula

*Add anything you like in the desired quantity


  1. Cook the pasta according to the bag’s instructions

  2. Once its cooked, put it in a large bowl, add the oil (to prevent the pasta from clumping, mix it, and leave to cool)

  3. Cut your desired vegetables into smaller pieces/cubes

  4. Add everything to the pasta and mix it well

  5. Enjoy!

Suggestion: Serve it cold (it’s perfect for lunch at work or school), or heat it in the microwave for a few seconds if you want it more room temperature

Storage Indications: You can store the pasta in a tableware. It's good for many days after you first make it.
