Ingredients
For the salad:
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 medium sized cucumber
½ cup crumbled feta pieces
⅓ cup red onion, diced
½ cup pitted kalamata olives
2 large tomatoes
2 avocados
1 red bell pepper
For the dressing:
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 clove of garlic, minced
Preparation
Cut the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, olives, and bell pepper into smaller pieces
In a large bowl add all the vegetables and the feta pieces
In a smaller bowl mix all the dressing ingredients and pour the dressing onto the salad
Mix well and enjoy!
Storage Indications: You can store the salad in a tupperware. It's good for many days after you first make it.
